Holy crap this looks amazing! Thanks for posting all the great problems! Way more motivated to do some bouldering at the lake now.

Thanks Steve, I thought Eric's guide said Sloper, but not positive. And yes this climb is amazing. Everyone should try this problem.

I was just able to check on the name and it's in EZ's guide as "Slope of Dadaism".

Just wanted to reaffirm that this is one of my favorites at the lake and that everyone and their mother should get on it. Classic.

Amazing route. Sketchy topout.

If the whole left side is off, it's slightly contrived (and maybe only slightly easier?). Either way, a cool little thing. Just bring more than 1 pad and have a spot. Trust me...

I think most people don't pay too much attention to the left arete rules/eliminatery anymore. Do what's fun, right?

Then 4 stars it is!

Paul actually has a point. From the start holds it is not too hard to perch just left of the corner to some jugs before surfing out right past the crux. Still a cool boulder, and frankly feels kind of hard doing it the normal way!

Ok, you guys need to try the Monolith Traverse. I think I got it around '99 or so. Start around the corner on the far left of the Monolith block, traverse right on a low crack, past Slope, all the way to the right edge of the block. Then take a higher crack back left and this put you on the finish of Slope. I thought V5 for sure, a classic!
