Sizing Five Ten Quantums - help please

So - I wear lots of 5.10 shoes and like them a lot, but they are all sized wildly different. I always wear them with the same feeling of snuggness though, slightly knuckled up but not pressing so hard against my toes that I can't bear them.

The wild range of my well fitting shoe sizes in different models:

Moccasyms 8.5
Verdes 9.0
Pinkies 9.0
Blancos 9.5
Huecos 9.5 and feel maybe too tight

SO...with that being said, anyone have any idea how I should size the Quamtums to get them snug/tight/slightly knuckled up but not uber-tight/unwearable?

Gracias for all input!

Side note: I'd just try on a bunch of pairs but we have almost nothing in stock at all gear stores near me for climbing shoes :(

If you order from shopfiveten.com they will actually let you return. So order two or three pairs and send back what doesn't fit. Also Moosejaw will order anything in-store for you, if you have one nearby. Wish I could be more help as I too feel your fiveten sizing pain!

I wear a size 9 street shoe (generally speaking... sometimes I'll go 8.5 in dress shoes and 9.5 in running shoes). I wear a size 8.5 in the Verdes, they fit tight with toe's slightly curled and I usually do not tie them. They are my go to shoe for pretty much everything. I wear a size 9 in the Galileos and noticed those fit tight as well with almost a hotspot on one of my toe knuckles. However they are a little more comfy because their heel doesn't really slingshot my toes forward into the toe box. I wear a 9.5 in the Quantums and they are tighter than both the Verdes/Galileos. My type of climbing is varied and I appreciate a shoe that is more than a one trick pony. I really wish I would have gotten the 10's for the quantums because I can only wear them pitch by pitch or boulder by boulder (and really day to day depending on my feet). If my feet swell at all durning climbing they go from tight to very uncomfortable. Unlike the Verdes they have not streched a bit (I did find that the galileos had a little budge). Hope that helps. My 2 cents would be, like others have said, order a few pairs, try them on, and get the one that fits a little more comfy (in your case it looks like the 10.5 would be the ticket).

Thanks a ton for the feedback - I have a prodeal with Fiveten, not sure if they'll take back prodeals but can ask the main store and return em all then pro deal if it comes down to that, though hate to waste so much, myself of them, on shipping

I've always used this crazy shoe calculator. Scroll down to the bottom and check it out! bananafingers.co.uk/five-te…

Same, check to see if your pro deal code still works. They reset about two weeks ago. And now that Adidas owns them I'm sure things will change.
Yes, they allow returns on pro deals. They discontinued the Team vxi's and not surprisingly the regular Teams fit nothing like the vxi's. So I've had to do the guess my size, order 3 pairs game.
