Access Issue: Climbing Regulations/Seasonal Raptor Closures Details

The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

This large rock sits just past the Comic Strip and directly across a small valley from Plymouth Rock. Despite it's size there are only five reported routes here with the standout climb being "The Hardest Route in the World" (5.12+).
