Getting There Suggest change

Silver lake, just like most bouldering in the Fraser Valley, is divided in many pockets.

To get there you ll need to take the silver skagit road. (Exit 168)

Cabin fever are the boulders located on the first kilometer up the Silver Skagit road and are now on private property, do not go there.

After 6,2km the dirt road split in two. This is the main fork.

Right (west) side.

To the right 10meters after the main fork is a bridge.

Park just after the bridge to access the Gmilf boulder. You can see the boulder next to the river from the road.

400m from the main fork  up that road there is and obvious pull out on your left, up a ramp. Park there for the Shire and the Solar Caves.

800m from the main fork  up that road you'll see an obvious cluster of bouldesr besides the dirt track this is Dimension X there is a pull out a few meters before.

1.2km from the main fork the road splits in two, go right if you want to reach the Alpine zone a talus that hasnt been developped much. On the way next to the road you'll notice the Fin. 4x4 recomended.

If you take left you'll reach the gate of the Silver lake park within 300m. Park in the day use area for the Shinoby garderns.

Left (east) side.

Go left  from the main fork and up the road for 800m until you reach a clear cut. Park on a the right of the road toward the end of the clear cut for Trolls Market area.

Keep on going and the pull out of Lesmurs is the first one after the park boundry (it is signposted).
