Shit People Say To Climbers

Funny. I think I've had almost everything on there asked of me or yelled at me while I was in the middle of crux move at garden of the gods! "HEY MR CLIMBER HOW DO YOU GET DOWN?"

I don't have the upper body strength to do that.

Totally random, but was the belayer's carabiner cross-loaded the entire video, or just me?

Pretty funny stuff. Did the climbers you were asking those dumb questions to realize you were joking? Or were you ambushing innocent dirt bags as if you were legitimately ignorant?

Also, I get these ones all the damn time:

"how do you get the rope up there?" and of course, it's cousin: "how do you get the rope down?"

"How do you get back down?"

"did you put those bolts in there?"

"have you ever fallen?"

"Yeah I've been rappelling before, it's pretty crazy."

"Isn't all that stuff like super expensive?"
