Description Not sure if anyone gets on this one these days, but it's damn fun. Big pulls on pockets under the roof and then a crux getting over the lip. Unique in that when you start you're about 6 feet off the ground, in the middle you're 8 feet off the ground and when you finish you're about 2 feet off the ground. The 3rd edition of Rick's She Made/Had/Didn't... series, although I don't think he actually named this one, pretty sure I did it for him. Good fun.
Location When the main trail spits you out on the slabs, She Didn't Want Me To Do It is a decent sized boulder that straddles a small chasm. Jump into the cave and start as far back as you can on a couple good holds.
Protection Pad, 2 good spotters in the cave.

Who is the "she" in title of the problem? I'm sure that's privileged information, but I can't help but be curious.

Rick's girlfriend at the time. She Made Me Do It (Skofield Park) was named after he'd been failing on the problem for a while, he and girlfriend had some drama one day and Rick went out frustrated and promptly sent it. She Had Nothing To Do With It (Lizard's Mouth) was Rick's casual play on the name of the first one. Both are great problems. Like I said, I don't remember Rick naming this one. I think I named it because Rick got it first and I liked the theme. As a footnote, the girlfriend became his wife and they're still together. Pretty sure she's got a problem named after her at The Mouth listed in O11.

Fantastic. I was worried the story was going to be decidedly unrepeatable. Glad there's a happy ending.

I remember wandering around the Mouth O11 in hand (at night, of course) being pretty confused looking for this thing. Oh, it's under that rock! Haha, awesome line (sweet pockets)! Didn't get to send as it's a bit scary with 1 pad and no spotters, but for sure I'll have to don some threads a la Edwards and get myself a true send in style.

Bring a brush for the last sloper before the jug...that thing is gritty right now.
