I was wondering if anyone has experienced this before or has ever heard of pain occuring in the lower part of the forearm when you let go of a hold or fall off. I feel a sharp pain about an inch up from my wrist (towards the elbow) to my mid forearm. This pain is on both sides of my forearm and it occurs on both arms. The pain goes away in about a second or two. The strange thing, like i said before, is that i do not feel pain when i am gripping a hold or squeezing my hand, just when i let go. Also, it does not matter if i let go slowly or quickly. Im assuming its just inflamation but dont really have any background in the area.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
