Phil Ashton starting Shangri La

Description 

Move right on to the face from the base of the big corner (Urizen), then follow the obvious broken crack line

Location 

On Long Rock Slab (which used to be known as the Promontory), not the Promontory (which used to be known as Long Rock Slab). Approach by abseil or by walking across the cove from the base of the Promontory at low tide. At the right-hand end of the long line of ledges, well above high tide level (usually). At the top, scramble off upwards (keeping roped up) to terra firma or abseil back down
