Description

A good confidence-builder for someone breaking into the grade. Well protected and a hard finish.

Very fun moves and good clipping holds. We have found it to be maybe a bit reachy at times. The first clip does not need a stick clip. Crux is getting over the roof at the first bolt.

If this route was twice as long, and if there were ten more just like it, this would be a very popular crag...

Location

This is the second line from the left. It obviously gets the most traffic.

Protection

Quickdraws. 2-Bolt Anchor.

Me on TR cleaning Shane. Super fun climb, mostly a ladder straight up. (Photo by Alex Leonard)

Best route on the wall, fairly graded. Not too reachy.

I would agree with Dave. This route offers some challenging moves and is great for breaking into the grade. Good climb!

It took me a pumping hang session to figure out the last move to the anchor, and then it came to me: undercling it!

People with smaller hands than my massive mitts like to hand jam the void where the undercling is [moving to the anchors].
