Getting There Suggest change

GETTING TO WEEPING WALL, SHADOW WALL, AND JUST GO WALL

These crags are located on the east side of the river, 100-150 m above the diversion dam. You cannot access this face by crossing the dam, however, without wading. See Fumin Canyon BETA PHOTOS.

Low-water Access - When the river is low during the fall-winter-spring dry season, you can cross the river on rocks 0.5 km above the dam. The crossing is just above a huge boulder lying in the river next to the road. Once on the other side, follow a path downstream in an old canal bed to a meadow.

High-water access - During the summer monsoons the Tang Lang River rages through the canyon, making it necessary to cross on the bridge to Xin Min Village (Xin Min Cun), about 1 km above the dam. Head back downstream on a small, wandering trail that bushwhacks across a steep hillside. Eventually, you meet up with the path mentioned above.
