The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Climb up over easier rock to get to the first bolt. Face climb over the bulges and make your way past the crux at the main roof. After the last bolt, get gear where you can and continue up to the bolted anchor.
