Seeking unemployed ice climbers

If there's any body who is jobless and or has week days off, I'm in search of a few good climbers who are willing to brave the cold temperatures, I've been trying to get up to Rocky Mountain National Park but my partners keep bailing due to the low temperatures. Looking to climb either the 12th or 13th.
