Seeking qualified guide for May 17-October for climbing / backpacking Seattle area

Seeking 1 qualified guide for rock climbing and backpacking trips. Competitive wage, small crew, great locations, and a fun seasonal job. Starting up May 17, 2014, running through the end of September.
Must have CPR/First Aid as minimum medical cert (WFR or higher preferred)
SPI is a +++, Will consider non-SPI guides, but please have an extensive climbing resume, as well as past experience in the outdoors industry
Must be flexible with time - this is our first season in Seattle and we may be swamped some weeks, and workless others. Full Time status may mean some weeks of 60 hours, and some of 20. Climbers typically enjoy this schedule, and we are a crew of climbers. Your time off is important, and we’ll make it happen.
