Description Suggest change

Calling all developers!  This area is proving to be a geological hot bed for climbing potential.  Look at the drone shot's, there's a lot of rock to see, and more you can't!  Crags and routes have begun to be developed, but this area still needs to be truly established, ie. parking and trails.  Access issues are still in development.

Currently Section 18 consists of 5 main cliffs running in a broken ridgeline from the northwest to southeast. For the most part all of the rock faces south west. It's mostly steep quartzite and each area features very different climbing.

Area 1. Cliff Seabert
Area 2. Unnamed
Area 3. Unnamed
Area 4. Picnic Area
Area 5. Dry-tool Rock

Getting There Suggest change

Section 18 is currently underdevelopment and access across private property is being negotiated. If you are interested in helping develop please contact one of the local U.P. climbers for more information.
