Hey all,

I'll be visiting Seattle likely from Nov 13- Nov 17 or 18, though on the 16th I will be visiting UW for a potential grad program. Id love to get out climbing any of those other days to check out some of the spots near Seattle (I've really only heard of Mt Si but I'm totally open to other spots!). I lead in the mid 12s sport, 5.9 and lower for trad. I'm more of a sport climber ,so would prefer to clip bolts, but again- I'm flexible. I will have personal gear but won't bring my rope etc. I'll obviously chip in for gas and such!

Let me know if you are free/interested

I'm always up for a weekday trip to the crags or mountains. I won't know my schedule for that week until a week out or so. I only climb 5.9 and working on 5.10. Maybe our schedules and weather will align. Here is my email: tk421ATthatcherkelleyDOTCOM

I could probably climb that weekend (Nov 14-15). I lead easy 12s sport and trad. I have a rack, rope, car, etc.

I just moved here (for a grad program at UW), so I'm not sure I'll be the best tour guide, but I'm always looking for climbing partners. PM me for contact info.

Thanks for the responses; my schedule may have changed a little bit and I may come just for the tail end of the week- once I get that figured out I'll PM you all!

Alright, looks like I will be there and able to climb on Thursday 11/18 or Saturday 11/21 (though I fly out late Sat night)

If anyone is interested, let me know! I won't have a car, so that'll be crucial. Obviously I will chip in for gas and such :)

Good luck on the weather mid November, and have a back.up plan! Hopefully it holds for you, we have had mild winters lately.

Yes I was a little worried about weather; any alternative suggestions for a general outdoor enthusiast (day trip able) in the area?

Hello all!

If anyone is interested in climbing I will be in Seattle and free on Sat Nov 21 and Thurs Nov 19. Again, I am just visiting for a few days and only brought the essential gear (harness, clmbing shoes, chalk bag, a belay device)- and won't have a car. I'm obviously happy to chip in for gas etc. I would love to check out some sport (I lead mid - upper 12s) or trad (though I dont have much trad leading experience and would probably not lead anything above 5.8 or so)

Please let me know if you are interested at all!
