This is the wall directly across from the Maternal Wall in the Maternal Group- home to many super long, technical routes, and morning sun. If you like 5.10-5.11 tech, this is your crag. There are even some harder slabby routes in the 5.12 range off right if that's your thing.
Park in the lower lot, take the FSL past the Fortress and Doctor's Wall, to the Maternal Wall. This is the left hand wall when you arrive.

Featured Route For Screeching Wall (Maternal Group)
On the right side of the main wall is an amazing looking crack feature- this is your route. The purist in me says that this is probably very doable on gear, but the tourist in me says just enjoy it. Start below and a bit left of the crack and climb easily up the face and then traverse right into the crack and follow it for what seems like eternity to the top. A 70m rope is mandatory on this one- like most Skaha climbs, you'll want to save some gas for the top!...[more] Browse More Classics in International
