Warning Access Issue: Logging Roads, Scottish Lakes High Camp DetailsDrop down

Description Suggest change

Great little crag with an amazing view of Lake Julius. The area surrounding Lake Julius has a lot of untapped climbing. This is mainly due to access issues with the High Camp and the logging companies. Your best bet is to rent a cabin at the High Camp for about $60 per person.

Getting There Suggest change

Take Highway 2 West from Seattle.

Once you pass the Stevens Pass Ski Area continue 17.4 miles, you will see a rest area on the left and Coulter Creek Rd on your right. Go left over the rail road tracks and follow the dirt road 8 miles to the Scottish Lakes High Camp.

Access is difficult due to the High Camp and the Logging Companies. Their is a locked gate at the start of the dirt road.
