Description Suggest change

Two cruxes, one is the in the dihedral of Fifty Mission and the second is the diagonal crack. Sustained climbing through the first pitch on bullet hard granite. Beautiful movement. This route combined with Emerald City or the first pitch of Up Yours makes for a long 3 pitch link up of excellent quality.

Location Suggest change

To access this route you need to get to the bolted anchor of Emerald City. From there continue up the ramp until it joins the corner crack that is part of 50 Mission Cap. Head up through the corner crack system then move right to clip a bolt after the corner crack disappears. From the bolt follow a long, right diagonal finger crack that leads to a ledge. Gain the ledge and belay at a bolted anchor. From here you can continue up to the top of the cliff or rappel.

Protection Suggest change

Standard rack to 3". Small gear protects the hardest climbing. Some may want to double up on nuts or small gear. A bolt protects a blank section through the traverse toward the diagonal crack.
