P3 on the Nutcracker.
I have been looking at a bunch of ropes lately. I am trying to decide on which one.

I want a rope that can be good for multi pitch cragging at LCC.
I also want a rope that can handle alpine terrain - Lone Peak Cirque, Grant Tetons, some of the alpine routes in UT, ice in Ouray and UT.
I also want a rope for Zion Big walls.
Needs to be Dry Treated.

I am leaning toward the Edelrid Eagle and the Edelrid Apus.I have been super impressed with my old Boa. I also like how they are Blue Sign Certified.
Apus: edelrid.de/en/sports/products/...
Eagle: edelrid.de/en/sports/products/...
6mm Pull Cord: edelrid.de/en/sports/products/...

I figure getting a 60m for the Eagle can be great fo LCC, TR in Ouray, Zion Big walls

I am not sure about getting a 60meter or a 50m twin/double rope for Alpine climbing. Great for alpine routes in UT, Ouray, CO, CA, Tetons. I have never had a 50m. It seems short but I like the weight.

Does anyone have experience with 50m or should I just stick with a 60m.

Any opinions?
