I'm looking for a roommate in Golden. I've got a place to move into on the 1st of December that's a steal for downtown Golden. It's a 2 bedroom 1 bath house with off street parking and a storage shed. Rent is $800 + Utilities. Split evenly we'd be looking at less than $500 per person.
