I have a nice 2 bed 1 bath place in downtown Moab. Its a small Apt complex with only 8 Apartments in a cool part of town. Have a party or have a quiet night, Nobody will bother you. A few people will join the party though.

I need to rent at least one room for the winter (Till March,) or longer. If rented I probably wont be around for most of the winter and you would have the place to your self/selves.

Its furnished, couch's, Books, Good Sound System, Climbing and Mountain Biking paraphernalia, kitchen, Deck to Lounge, No TV (okay there's a tv, but its not hooked up to cable and it has a vhs player. Plus a decent vhs collection. 70s-today), Christmas lights, Blue lights, Etc..

Sorry no, pets...Not my rule! Dogs can be there for a few days if a friend is staying or something like that but not more then a week.

Price is variable on your situation, couple, length of stay etc.. NO MORE then 375.00
