Room for rent in Longmont in a house with a fenced in yard, garage, washer dryer, etc. ~$525 per month

I'm looking to find a roommate in Longmont. My current roommate is moving in with her significant other. The house is a 2 BR Duplex with an attached garage (that I use for gear storage). It's a pretty quick drive over to the South Saint Vrain and only about an hour up to RMNP. The house has a reasonably large fenced in yard. You'd also be living with my 5 year old husky, he's really sweet and good with people and other dogs. I'd really like to live with another climber so I figured this was good place to start. I'm 26, male, and have a normal steady job.
