Room Available in Salt Lake!!

Hey there!

We have single room for rent for one individual in a 3 bedroom house! Sorry no couples.. The home is right at 3300 s and 1300 e, we have a 2 car garage for bikes and work-shop space, a nice grassy backyard, and a big basement with tons of storage! We just moved into the house Monday, and we do not have much furniture, so if you have some furniture you want to move with we might have the space for it! Rent would be 437.50 +utilities (electric/gas/internet). Oh! And you must love dogs, because we already have 2 :) but unfortunately we can't have anymore.

A little bit about who already lives in the home!

Maddie and Sean: we live in the basement room and have a 4 month old Australian Shepherd mix! His name is Ollie, and he's our little fox bear! We both love climbing, Sean gets out literally every chance he can get. He also mountain bikes, builds things, and loves beer. Maddie likes hiking and running and keeping busy with projects!

Ashley: lives in one of the 2 rooms upstairs, she has a 2 years old Bernese-Australian Shepherd mix named Jura, she's rad. Ashley enjoys anything outdoors, climbing, biking, hiking, etc.!

The 3 of us moved from Flagstaff, AZ and we're excited to explore Salt Lake and everything around it. We're looking for someone laid back, that will clean up after themselves, doesn't mind pups, and also loves exploring outdoors! If you interested, please shoot me and email or text.
