I am moving out of my apartment on Grove St in Boulder. Still two months left on the lease so it's available until August 15th. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment so you will be sharing it with a 22 year old female grad student. I will charge $500/mo plus half of the utilities (No AC so its pretty cheap). Available asap.
