Thanks for the article links David... this reminds me of the yoga studio scene around here- it's hard to know when you're getting close to market saturation before you're there. Many of us in Boulder thought Movement was too close to the BRC (same neighborhood) and that both would suffer, but both places are crowded most evenings. Ann and Mike's plans seemed a bit ambitious at the time Movement was being designed and built, but the gamble seems to have paid off- I wouldn't be surprised if it pays off again in Denver. Now, if only someone would build a bouldering wall in the B concourse at DIA.... |
