|This Ice flow is spring fed - so as long as its cold its in! Due to the long approach: you can keep your pack light by using a 30 meter rope to climb the route in one push, but you will have to double rappel off a rock thumb at the half way point on the route. The thumb is on the climbers right side. If you want to top rope the route and try steeper parts you will need a 60 meter rope for that. There is a bomber fir tree at the top with slings on it for the descent.|

Nice hike. This is one of three ice routes here in Idaho!
I'm living in Albion outside of the "City". Look me up we should share a rope like old times!
