Rock climbers wanting to use skills for tree climbing

We are a "Green Certified" tree service located in Santa Cruz in need of tree climbers/tree trimmers! Our company is small but very busy and I just wanted to put out there the possibility of someone who would want to make that transition (for a job)! We currently have a climber (done Half Dome, Pinnacles, etc) who suggested I post something on this forum.
