Robbers Cave State Park-Chalk?

What are the chalk usage guidelines for Robbers Cave State Park? I see Horse Coral Face specifies no chalk, I am just wondering if this applies to the rest of the area.

I take it most people don't go there often enough to care. So I'll make my own judgement call when I get there in the near future.
