RMNP must do´s

Hi everyone,

I´m visiting RMNP for the first time in August with some friends and I would like to make the most out of it. I mostly wanna boulder, hike and perhaps climb some trad classics. Suggestions?

Here's a list of routes and/or features to climb that I have done and were great or would really like to do.

The Barb
Syke's Sickle
Petit Grepon
Birds of Fire
The Diamond
A Walk in the Park/Glacier Gorge Traverse
Shelf Cirque Traverse
Blitzen Ridge
The .10a (Kor?) route up the Saber
Sharkstooth
Zowie

This probably isn't a much different list then that featured on the "classics" page, but hopefully it helps! Have fun!

Yet another vote for Sykes and the Petit.

If you're willing to consider Lumpy Ridge as part of RMNP, that opens a whole separate list of super classics.

Trad classics are the main event at RMNP, in my opinion.

I'll also add culp-bossier to the list. That wall is frickin gorgeous.

However on earth we can get more than 3 posts into this discussion with no mention of Meeker's 'Flying Buttress' is completely beyond me.
