A small north facing wall along the Shenandoah River just upstream of the 340 bridge, in West Virginia. It is often shaded, requires a unique approach, and you must be aware of water levels before going.
Best to park in the NPS pay lot on Shenandoah street and walk across the 340 bridge and then upstream.
