I only got to meet Harvey a couple times but I enjoyed his company as much as we all enjoy his legacy.

HOLY CRAP!!! I met him after rapping down from one of his climbs (Twin Cracks) up Independence Pass a few years back. Think I spoke (or listened) to his stories for about 2 hours! He told me about his FA of Twin Crack and how he led the first pitch hammering in only one piton. Guy had sausage sized fingers. Supposedly he has a book of all of his FA's at his home. Claims there are about 5,000 or so. Wow. Hardcore legend. "H"
