Per Stewart M. Green: the park has been reopened after the floods. Be careful to evaluate the rock integrity to preserve the resource and insure safety.

Alas, you probably won't find this problem in the same conditions that I did. Even as I climbed, it was still shedding rotten rock between the starting hold and the solid rock at head-height.
Starting on excellent underclings find something solid and make your way right to a large sloping sidepull (lots of good toe-hooks to help). A tough move gets you into solid holds and huecos above. I didn't top it out, but that's just me....
