This problem uses some small holds in an interesting way.

Start from the arete on the right side of the boulder at about shoulder height, if you are sitting on the boulder just to the right of the face you will be looking at the arete where you start. After getting established on the wall, make a big move up and left to a two finger pocket on the short face, there is an intermediate. Top out either straight up or by continuing left to the hueco jug at the right edge of the scoop.

This starts on the far right arete of the Scoop boulder from a low start on.

Pad and spotter, it is nice to have a spot for the tree that is right behind this problem.

I do this as a Sit start pinching arete adds a grade on the sit for sure. Fun moves!

I saw the video of this and I did it with Jon Cardwell and Ian years ago and there was chalk on the start from Eric Hewitt and David Stromberg so while it was good video footage it was not an FA

Nice always glad to hear the history. I was wondering why people were telling me it was unsent with the amount of hard climbers living here.
