Dave's Kidney Stone boulder.

Description 

Numerous boulders exist in the Bright Angel Creek drainage near Ribbon Falls. Although access isn't easy due to the 15 mile hike from the South Rim and Grand Canyon Village, if you're passing by and have the time check out some of the limestone and sandstone boulders near Ribbon Falls.


Getting There 

Access via the North Kaibab Trail, 6 miles upstream from Phantom Ranch and 15 miles from Grand Canyon Village on the South Rim.
