Hey everyone,

I'm looking at sending my Miuras to this shop for a resole. Before I send them a check along with my shoes, has anyone had any outstanding experiences with this particular shop? I'm out of Lexington, KY, so their location is certainly a plus.

Great work, great prices.

I used them once. The work was fine, but turnaround was slow. I mailed my shoes in and wanted to have them finished in time to pick them up for an NRG weekend, but despite repeated attempts to contact them, I never heard back and they weren't there when I arrived. It took a call from one of the Waterstone owners to get them there the next day. I don't know if that is a normal experience. If you're not in a rush, they'll probably be just fine. I get all my resoles done by Rock n' Resole now, and have always been pleased.

Turnaround time for my services is generally at or before "One week in shop time".
