Hey everyone,

I'm looking at sending my Miuras to this shop for a resole. Before I send them a check along with my shoes, has anyone had any outstanding experiences with this particular shop? I'm out of Lexington, KY, so their location is certainly a plus.

I used them once. The work was fine, but turnaround was slow. I mailed my shoes in and wanted to have them finished in time to pick them up for an NRG weekend, but despite repeated attempts to contact them, I never heard back and they weren't there when I arrived. It took a call from one of the Waterstone owners to get them there the next day. I don't know if that is a normal experience. If you're not in a rush, they'll probably be just fine. I get all my resoles done by Rock n' Resole now, and have always been pleased. Mark Paulson

Good lord I HOPE the post above is NOT refering to my services.

Turnaround time for my services is generally at or before "One week in shop time".

I'll be CLOSED starting the first week of March-the end of April
