| Doesn't REI offer climbnig shoe rentals? I know that the flagship store in downtown Denver does and for members it isn't too expensive. Just an idea. |

| Bent Gate Mountaineering in Golden does, and Thrillseekers gym on south Broadway rents out the standard gym shoes for outdoor use for pretty cheap. They're not great shoes though. |
