Rent cost in Moab

I have a job opportunity in Moab, I'm hoping to find out how much monthly rent for a one - two bedroom house/apartment will be. We would be staying a year or more. Hard to find solid info online, specific ranges would be appreciated.

When i lived there it was 400/month for a decent place, right in town. Our landlord jacked the price up on us though, since it was clear we needed a place had no time to look or a place to stay when we got there for work. Also he wasn't psyched since we only rented it from april-october. If you rent the whole year, your landlord will like that and might charge less.

yep Moab Advertiser is the way to go. If you are in town, chek out the local health market "moonflower" , good postings on the bulletin boards ! :)
