Description Suggest change

This is the furthest uphill of the climbs here. It is next to the descent trail. It climbs moderate ice and can be in the sun!

Remember to dig down deep to good ice on top for your anchors. The ice on top can be really hollow.

Location Suggest change

This is the most upstream route in New Funtier.

Protection Suggest change

Ice screws.

Note, with sunshine, you can rot out uncovered anchor screws in 2 hours or less.

You would need very long slings or a 2nd rope to anchor to trees.

Per Caleb Bryce: there are anchor bolts to the descender's right.
