"left on ledge, go around arete till above The Magic Cutlass"

Finding routes here is a pain for a newb, so I had no idea where The Magic Cutlass was but there's a pretty clear "left on ledge" that leads "around arete" path that I took. Now that I'm down, I'm sure that's not the route. If you head right, you can get to some chain anchors. If you go left, you'll do the second half of Pale Young Eels with loads of rope drag, a runout traverse and a big pendulum when cleaning.
