Which way again?
I've got ten apiece of most sizes but haven't done porn shots of my rack to post up; I bet many will be in similar situations.

It's funny that there aren't more threads like this, filled with pictures of shiny, unused racks.

Good luck ogling each other's toys, boys and girls.

Actually if I recall there was a really large thread on this a ways back.

I actually tried to search for that thread but couldn't find anything.

So I'll start with my noobalicious rack in hopes that many of you will ridicule it and post something better! And if you feel like helping me remove some excessive anodized color, let's get together and do something.

I love the fact that you have a picture on the floor by your vent instead of hanging on the wall, Gary! I'm glad to see you have your climbing priorities above all that domestic stuff, heh! Pete Spri

Gary, I may be more jealous of what looks to be a Carver's growler on the floor than the 5 of each cam. Though it could just be I'm not back at the level yet to necessitate having 5 of each. BrianCarson

Cut me some slack, I just moved in (August)! Now that I'm about halfway through the lease, probably just better to leave it there. Will save me some time when it comes time to move out.

Good call on Carver's. I should get it filled up and head to the creek and plug some of this gear!

That is a thing of beauty, Gary.

I started when I was 14, got dropped 70' when I was 17, and didn't climb again till I was 25. Now I'm almost 30 and kicking myself for that 8 year hiatus. BrianCarson

I'm genuinely curious...what made you decide to buy so much gear? From my limited view I can't see wear on anything except for maybe a few of the nuts, yet you have doubles in 0.3 to 3 and you're even sporting triples in the #1! My gear is far from "worn", with maybe 50 pitches worth of climbing on it, and I still don't have triples in anything.

Also, don't mean this as a jab at you or anything, but it does tend to be the case that it's always the new gear that ends up on a pegboard. Once you start using it you get sick of having to unpack and hang up all your gear just to have to pack it up next time you go climbing...at least I know I got sick of it.

Good luck getting some scratches on your gear!

There's a fair amount of new stuff, yeah. Nice Christmas. Had most of it a year or two though. And as far as what made me decide to buy so much, *shrug* I may be a newer trad leader but it's gear I need and I can afford it. In the beginning I bought a bunch so that I could contribute to the rack rather than just wearing out someone else's gear.

And no offense taken...you're absolutely right. I still use the board as a conversation piece, although I am thinking about taking it down.

This was about 6 years ago. Unfortunately I have way more crap now. If you count all the stuff that is not entirely climbing specific eg. sleeping bags, backpacks, tents etc... I have a 12' X 12' room piled to the ceiling.
