Register at the Ranger's office before climbing at Palisades Kepler State Park. The registration sign-up box is located outside the door to the ranger's office.

Description

It is a highly featured piece of rock about 30 feet tall.

Getting There

Walk up river from the parking lot, past Outlook, past the little stone bridge, up the hill and down the way about 50 yards. From the trail it looks like an outcropping with a dying tree with two stems on it.
Walk down and around to get in front.
It looks like Darth Vader's helmet from the front.
