Questions about grindestone mtn. TN

Hey just had question heard it was closed just wanted to know why and when they might open again?........ info was kind of sketchy so just let me know if I'm wrong if so I'm sorry.

Interest Bump.
I spent some time wandering around up there in the fall on a friends land but unfortunately there was no good bouldering there.

Grindstone (**) - A favorite of local climbers after a day of school or work. This area was closed after increased popularity from local climbers. The private landowner closed the area due to liability concerns. A solution may be found in the future once issues cool down. A resolution to the access problem is currently being worked on by local climbers, but no real headway had been made in early 2009. Contact Matthew Gant mwgant1@tva.gov for more information.
a quick google search located a piece of property for sale that looks to contain at least part of the boulder field.
