Description

This route is around the corner south of Petrified Turd. It can be identified by the large U-shaped trough about 25 feet up and a chalked undercling crack near the base. The route starts on in the crack and a crimp to the right and moves up the chalked holds to the small cobbles and over the ledge.

Protection

To top rope this, you need mid-sized cams or tri-cams and long slings. The best way to do it is to set up the anchors one ledge below the top of the cliff. If bouldering (not recomended), you need a pad and 2 spotters due to fall potential into a tree.

I think the difficulty rating should be increased. There is a huge bee hive right in the middle of the route now!

The beehive has been there as long as I have been climbing at the Wood. Never had a problem with them, just lower off before you get close.
