Description Pricky Pear is a nice moderate on good rock. Its got an undeserved reputation for sharp rock, but in reality the stone is no more sharp than the typical Shelf 5.10. Certainly worth doing if you're looking for a good 5.10. Begin easily on large suspect blocks. Thin climbing up dark stone leads to a nice panel of pockets and a brief reachy section to gain the anchor. Faces NW, so receives shade earlier than most routes.
Location About 40 feet left of the North-facing bulge of Librium Quiver.
Protection Features unusual bent angle hangers and a 2BA.
Prickly Pear from the trail.
