Preventing finger injury

Hey guys

I found this article about finger pulley injuries.

I thought it was interesting, particularly the part about massaging the pulleys if they feel a bit rough; I think I'll add this to my routine after hangboard, bouldering or campusing. I usually do the workout, then stretch and then put my hands in water with ice for five minutes. I might add a soft massage, particularly in the M and R fingers, for a few minutes.
