Prescott climbers!

I'm looking for a climbing partner/partners in the Prescott area. One of my climbing buddies recently headed to Colorado for the winter and my main partner is moving to salt lake in a few months. So I'm trying to get a jump on things and am hoping to meet up with locals that are psyched for the upcoming fall season.

About me:

I know my way around the local climbing areas pretty well

Am an attentive belayer

Am reliable and punctual

Climb mostly trad and have plenty of gear, but am down to climb anything

usually onsight 9's to 10+ depending on the area/style

Am down for weekend trips, longer trips and even longer approaches, alpine stuff, and big walls (occasionally)

am really easy going

Pm if you're looking for someone to climb with.
Thanks, Jake Tischler

Hey Jake,

I'll be in just about the same position come September, so it would be great to keep in mind that I will be around and willing to go climb whenever I'm available. (Which I believe will be Sunday-Thursday, but could change.)

I've been around Prescott for about 6 years now and have been climbing for about 8 years with proper training through guides etc. So to say I like to keep things safe would almost be an understatement.

I'm currently in a pretty busy time right now, but come September my free time will greatly increase. However, if you want to try to squeeze in some pitches in the evenings during the week let me know and send me a PM!

Not sure if you have a Fb, but I usually recommend these groups to individuals in Prescott looking for climbing partners as well:

"Prescott Climbing Scene"

"Prescott Climbers Coalition"

Cheers,
Mac

Same here!!! Let's climb. Perhaps the 4 of us, and anyone else interested, can get together and start climbing regularly?

I am moving to Prescott next week and am always looking for more partners. Sport, trad, anything to get high on some rocks. I am moving from Utah and do not know a ton about the Prescott area climbing community (if there is one) and am stoked to learn more.
