Preferred mono point set up

Want to hear some opinions on your preferred mono point set up in both soft ice and hard ice - let's say WI4 and harder.

How far do you set your mono point, measured from the front of the boot? How far from the secondary points, measured from the front of the secondaries? Do you prefer setting the front bail further back, so the secondaries are more forward (sometimes exposing the ends of the screws), or do you prefer that the secondaries are more hidden under the boot? Pictures would be great if you have them!
