Description Suggest change

Excellent dimple pulling followed by a puzzling slap-up in a flared water groove.

Go up the right-facing open book, then step left on a ledge. Pull like crazy on dimples (5.10d) to where the angle eases below a crack-like water groove in a steeper face. Face climb and slap up the water groove (crux) to its top, then run up the low-angle slab 50' to a tree anchor.

From the base of the route, you can walk right, friction up a slab, then walk left to the top of this route and its neighbors.

Location Suggest change

This route and its neighbors are located on the Upper East Side above the Ghetto. Walk left along the base of the Ghetto just past a steep section, then cut back right up a wooded ramp to the base. Begin below a right-facing open book.

Protection Suggest change

Quickdraws, plus an optional 1.5" and 2" cam.
