Power Rules. Short and ok.

Upper Canyon access closed - 8p Mar. 22 - 5p Mar. 28 MORE INFO >>>

This is a short, powerful route up the hill from the main Anarchy Wall. A few long pulls on okay holds will get you to the lip pretty quickly.

This route is up the hill and to the right if looking at Anarchy Wall. Go to the base of Question Authority, and climb up the ledges to the right. Straight uphill you will see three bolts on a small face.

3 bolts with a 2 bolt anchor and quicklinks.

If anyone knows the correct info for this route, please let me know and I'll change it on here.

I'm pretty sure that this is one of Alan Nelson's route's. I do recall that he and I did the FFA shortly after he got the bolts in place. The time frame would be roughly the same as Question Authority (1990-1991).

I don't know if Alan had anything in mind. It's really his route.

Hard little thing! Cool moves. It's got it's thing.

I added a two bolt anchor on the ledge today with Petzl wedge bolts and ss hangers. I also left two quicklinks, you can now rappel and clean the route or lower, although your rope will run over a rough ege.

Too bad this line wasn't left as a boulder problem which would have made for a fun highball. With a little bit of work, the base could be made perfectly flat, and several pads would have made for a perfect and safe landing. Fun mantel move to finish.

What is stopping you from climbing it without a rope?
