It's still in a secret area. Ask Dario if you're really interested in checking it out.

It's so secret they put out a video about it?

Thanks for the info. I'll do that.

This is part alpine / trad and part travel. A team of three climb a 700-meter long route up a 4,700-meter high peak in the Indian region of Kinnaur.

It's an older Sonnie Trotter flick, but I liked it.

The Path 5.14R

I guess it's a headpoint though. Still a good one.

GOLDEN BEAVER LEFT 5.13 My buddy insisted I post this here. This is the second "green" ascent of this route. David Merin did the first skipping all of the bolts. Inspired, I decided to work it and 40 or so runs later...

Me before a cold Nov day at the Gunks, 2007.

@Dom, is that Twilight Zone? Rad route - so much time in the steepness that is makes Fat City look like a small overlap.

Some of you may not like that a famous boulderer is the star of this trad video, but it's still a trad video (though admittedly not as good as some of the other great ones on this thread).

I don't know and in fact I was looking for the name of this route. Thanks!
Wathever it is I really want to get on it.

Edit: It's 13b so I may start with easier routes for my first trip at the Gunks hehe!

This painting was taken from engravings made during the 1859 Macomb Expedition, which attempted to locate the confluence of the Green and Colorado Rivers in the present-day Needles District of Canyonlands National Park. Anyone who has spent time in Indian Creek will recognize the features here.

If you're interested, the survey's official report, as well as more landscape paintings like this one, are available in full on google books.

books.google.com/books?id=674QAAAAIAAJ&printsec=frontcover&d>>>

If you watch the Cody (raw footage) on Vimeo towards the end he mentions to the belayer that hes doesn't have to do the French Connection part, so I would assume its French Connection 5.12+ chipped?
